Are your pieces made from solid precious metals?

Yes. SAILOR PENG primarily works with 925 sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

Yes. Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material and can easily be polished back to its original finish.

Do you offer repairs?

Whenever possible, yes. Please contact us with photographs and a short description of your piece.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Selected commissions are accepted depending on availability and the nature of the project.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to most destinations.

Can I return my order?

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Custom-made and personalised pieces are excluded from returns unless faulty.
