Shipping

Shipping is currently available within Switzerland only. For deliveries abroad, write to store@sailorpeng.com.

In-stock pieces are delivered within Switzerland in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces require a production time of approx. 3–4 weeks, stated on each product page, and ship once finished.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging. Please announce the return by email to store@sailorpeng.com before sending. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The purchase price is refunded to the original payment method once the piece has arrived and been checked.

Made-to-order pieces and custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.
