In-stock pieces are delivered within Switzerland in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces require a production time of approx. 3–4 weeks, stated on each product page, and ship once finished.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns
In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging. Please announce the return by email to store@sailorpeng.com before sending. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The purchase price is refunded to the original payment method once the piece has arrived and been checked.
Made-to-order pieces and custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sterling silver
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time through contact with air, skin and everyday life. This is a normal characteristic of the material and can easily be removed with a soft polishing cloth, or with mild soap and warm water, if a brighter finish is preferred.
Solid gold
Solid 14k and 18k gold does not tarnish in the same way as silver. Over many years, 14k gold may soften slightly in tone; a gentle polish with a soft cloth restores its finish. Clean with mild soap and warm water and dry thoroughly.
Gold vermeil
Vermeil is a layer of 18k gold over sterling silver. The gold layer wears gradually with friction, so avoid polishing cloths with abrasives and keep vermeil pieces away from perfume, creams and chlorine. Once worn, the gold layer can be renewed: write to store@sailorpeng.com.
Everyday
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or using cleaning products. Store each piece separately, ideally in its pouch, to avoid scratches.
With proper care, each piece is intended to accompany you for many years.
Finding the right fit is essential.
Rings
Ring sizes follow standard European sizing: the inner circumference in millimeters. Wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger where the ring will sit, mark where it overlaps and measure the length. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Alternatively, measure a ring that already fits well, or ask a local jeweler.
Bangles
For a closed bangle, bring your thumb and little finger together and measure around the widest part of the hand. For open bangles, measure around the wrist just above the wrist bone.
